Which business registration documents does Qonto accept?

To open your Qonto account, we require several documents from you. Click here for the full list of required documents.

In the Business Information section, we ask you to upload your business information and proof of this. This proof includes a certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce, which must be no older than three months. You can request it here. We specifically ask for the digitally certified document, as shown in the middle option of the image below.

💡 Note: Other versions, such as online views, photos, and scans, cannot be accepted.
