For legal reasons, we need to verify some information before we can validate the opening of your future Qonto account:
1 - Your ID
You can take a photo or a copy of one of your valid identification documents.
- An identity card (front and back)
- A European passport (both pages)
- A Dutch driver's license (front and back)
- A Dutch residence permit (front and back)
All information must be clearly visible. We recommend paying attention to the quality of the photo and copy to validate your account as quickly as possible.
2 - The ID of your ultimate beneficiaries (UBO)
An ultimate beneficiary is a natural person who directly or indirectly owns more than 25% of the capital or voting rights of the company.
3 - Your company's registration documents
- Chamber of Commerce extract no more than 3 months old. We only accept the certified version.
- We may request the articles of association of your B.V.
-If your legal form in the Netherlands is a foundation, we require a copy of your statuten bylaws to complete the account validation.
Your company information must be up-to-date in the legal databases.
