To ensure that the photo of your identity document is valid to complete your registration, we kindly invite you to take two photos of your document directly with your smartphone:
A photo of the front
A photo of the back
A photo of both passport pages
❗️ We do not accept screenshots
Make sure all information in your identity document is clearly legible for our staff responsible for verifying your identity.
Most photos we have to reject are not accepted due to poor image quality. If this is the case, you will need to upload your document again, which extends the processing time for your registration.
How to take good photos ✅
![]() |
Make sure your identity document is not damaged and that all information is legible (if the document is torn, worn or if parts are damaged, use another document)
Sit in a well-lit room and place the document on a table without other objects nearby.
When taking the photo with your smartphone, focus on the entire document, as all 4 corners must be visible.
After taking the two photos, front and back, check if all information is easily readable before uploading to avoid having to repeat this step.
Here are the common mistakes you should not make ❌
The photo is blurry
The photo is cropped
Light reflections make the information unreadable
The photo is too dark
The ID is tilted
💡 Extra tips:
Clean the lens of your phone.
Hold your phone steady without moving.
Frame all 4 corners of the document properly.
Make sure the information is readable after taking the photo. If you have doubts about the quality, take a new one before sending it.
